Took us a while...but we got it done! We have hooked up with the Ramada Hotel and Resort in Ocean Shores! This is a top flight Hotel with an indoor water park for kids of all ages, superb rooms with fridges, microwaves and more. There is a spa on-site should you want a little pampering after our long day's cruise, and a gift shop full of potential memories of our trip to this seaside resort town.
But...that is not all! Nope...we have the option of a catered meal as well, or we can order straight off the menu. Details on the meal options are inside, so be sure to check out the updated information. Click on the Ocean Shores link below.
We have a host Hotel in Port Angeles as well for our out of town guests. The Portside Inn directly across the street from Price Ford has set aside rooms for those who need a place to rest their heads after our Friday evening kick-off social!
The Friday evening Social is set in place, we will be meeting for the kick-off dinner at Price Ford in Port Angeles, with food catered by Billy Bob's Open Pit BB-Q! Prepare to be spoiled in a tasty culinary fashion as you enjoy cars, music and food! Still more to come on that evening...so stay tuned!
Now the format for this trip is simple...there is none! At this time we are planning on leaving Port Angeles around 9:00 a.m. from the site of the old K-Mart, which is directly across the street from the Port Angeles Wal-Mart.
And yet one more fun stop for the Sunday trip back! Larry Foss of Fosses Hot Rods & Cool Cars in Montesano has invited us to stop by for a bit of lunch and a walk around his shop to see what they are working on at the moment! Sure to be a great stop, Larry is a guy who loves cars...obviously...and he and his wife are looking forward to seeing all of us! For all the info on this stop, just click on the link at the bottom of this page!
As we continue to adjust and make more plans , I will send out e-'s to all who are on our 101 Around the Olympics mailing list. Easy to get on the list, just e-mail webmaster@northwestmustangsandfords.com and put 101 Around the Olympics in your subject line, and ask to be added to the mailing list! There is no limit on the number of Pony cars, and if you have a non-Pony Car, but it is a Ford powered vehicle, then by all means bring it along as well! This means rods, customs, T-Birds, Cougars...anything with a Ford power-train is invited!
Check back soon, as we will be adding information, and as we get into the spring and summer, and things start to fall into place, additions will come fast and furious!
